Patricia and I have been in the house that you built for about 6 months now and I’ve had time to check out and try everything.

The doors and windows work perfectly and are tight. Lance did an awesome paint job and paid great attention to detail. I’ve had to do minimal “punch list” items. The house has weathered extremely well during the past two harsh winters. The driveway is still in excellent shape. We recently had several complements from neighbors on how well-behaved the BRTF crew was, i.e. starting and leaving on time and generally going by the guidelines. Thanks to Donny and the BRTF crew, we have the best looking and most well-built home in the community.
